His extensive career includes a notable tenure at Gulfstream Aerospace spanning 22 years, where he was responsible for inventory planning and distribution across the company’s global network systems. He values PortCity’s diverse perspectives and shared drive for success. Outside work, Rusty enjoys traveling, boating, fishing, and grilling out with family & friends.

Brittney Sabo, serving as the Director of Human Resources, brings over a decade of experience in human resources, specializing in talent strategy, compliance, benefits, and compensation structure. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from American InterContinental University, her expertise encompasses strategic planning, process improvement, and implementation of new systems. Brittney is dedicated to fostering a supportive and inclusive work culture at PortCity, where she values the company’s commitment to its team members and the implementation of its core values in daily operations.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Brittney finds fulfillment in volunteering at her church, engaging with youth and children, participating in community events, and embarking on mission trips. She cherishes quality time with her family, exploring new destinations, and nurturing her passion for gardening. As a leader in HR, Brittney prioritizes trust, communication, and team member engagement, driving the company’s vision through events, process improvement initiatives, and the implementation of innovative ideas.

Will O’Shaughnessey, responsible for PortCity’s commercial activities, brings over a decade of logistics experience to the team. Senior Manager, Team and People Development
Jen Baker, our Senior Manager for Team and People Development at PortCity, orchestrates strategies to cultivate and retain top-tier talent. With over two decades of experience in Organizational Learning and Development, Jen holds certifications including CPTD from ATD, Prosci Change Management, and she is a GROW Coaching Certified Facilitator. She relishes PortCity’s dedication to fostering a growth mindset, enabling her to spearhead initiatives in leadership development and coaching. Beyond the office, Jen volunteers for community events, serves on nonprofit boards, savors beach outings, reading, and globe-trotting adventures with her husband and two rescue pups, Harley and Guster. With a background spanning roles such as Training & Development Specialist at Hargray Communications and Director of Operations at The Meeting Institute, Jen brings a wealth of expertise to her role, enriching PortCity’s culture of continual improvement.

Jed Young, with nearly two decades of dedicated service, serves as the Vice President of Business Development at PortCity. His role involves networking within the logistics community, forging enduring relationships with customers, and contributing to the company’s big-picture growth. Jed’s background boasts impressive achievements, including being a Board Member of the Propeller Club and the organizer of Maritime After Hours networking events. He is also an Affiliate Member of IFFCBA (Independent Freight Forwarders & Customs Brokers Association of Savannah) and a past President of the Savannah Traffic Club, where he served on the board for a decade. Jed’s commitment extends beyond the professional realm; he has served as the Past President of Habitat for Humanity and as a member of the Campaign Cabinet for United Way for five years. His passion for community-building is reflected not only in his work but also in his personal life, where he dedicates time to cycling and endurance sports. Jed thrives on spending time with his cycling club members, fostering a community centered around health and fitness. What he values most about working at PortCity is its strategic location near the fastest-growing port in the USA, aligning with his dedication to contributing to the logistics industry’s advancement.

Vice President of Finance
As Vice President of Finance at PortCity, Logan Mamer oversees all accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in everything from customer invoicing to vendor payments. His team plays a crucial role in identifying opportunities for improvement by collaborating with operations teams and analyzing both operational and financial data. Logan also assists in forecasting and budgeting, constantly evaluating market trends to help PortCity stay agile and responsive to changes.
Logan holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Wright State University, which he earned in 2018. After graduating, he moved to Savannah to work at Gulfstream, but soon found his passion at PortCity. Starting as the company’s first Industrial Engineer in 2019, Logan spent five years supporting the warehouse and transportation operations. In 2023, he transitioned full-time into finance, where his analytical and operational experience now supports the financial health of the company.
What Logan values most about PortCity is its family-like environment, where support, passion, and fun are core to the culture. He loves the collaborative spirit that empowers everyone to contribute to the company’s success.
Outside of work, Logan enjoys spending quality time with his family, traveling, and discovering new restaurants. A fan of the outdoors, you can find him exploring Savannah’s local spots, from walks in Forsyth Park to beach trips. Highly competitive, Logan is always ready for a friendly challenge, whether it’s in golf, pickleball, or any other yard game.
Director of Business Development
Meet Wicks Dickson, our Director of Business Development, a seasoned logistics expert driving PortCity’s market expansion and service promotion. With notable roles at CEVA Logistics, Mainfreight Americas, and CaroTrans International, Wicks has achieved remarkable milestones, including generating $500K in new customer growth and expanding revenue to $4.3M across key stations. A distinguished USCG veteran and graduate of the University of Mississippi, Wicks’ commitment to excellence extends to his leadership in both professional and community roles. His dedication to his family and community, along with his value for PortCity’s unified approach and operational efficiency, make him an invaluable asset to our team.

National Sales Director
David Baranowski, the National Sales Director at PortCity, brings a wealth of experience with 30 years in international and domestic shipping, inland trucking, chemical sales and distribution, and 11 years in 3PL logistics. Transitioning from Operations Manager, his role involves leveraging this extensive background to guide the sales team into new markets and industries. David’s commitment to PortCity is rooted in its culture. He values the emphasis on people, growth, and support, making the work environment enjoyable. Outside of work, David prioritizes family, with his two sons both having graduated from UGA and now one serving in the Army and another as a police officer. In their newfound free time, David and his wife focus on simpler pleasures, such as home improvements.
