His background includes six years of active duty with the U.S. Army, specializing in criminal investigations and intelligence. Brandon is also a dedicated family man and continues to serve in the U.S. Army Reserves.

A proud alumnus of Benedictine Military School and Armstrong State University, Jason has built his career on leadership, operational insight, and a passion for strengthening partnerships across the trucking and logistics sectors.

As Executive Vice President of Business Development at PortCity, Jason plays a pivotal role in advancing the company’s strategic growth. He leverages his extensive industry knowledge to cultivate new opportunities, strengthen customer relationships, and align PortCity’s capabilities with the evolving needs of its partners. With a background deeply rooted in trucking operations, Jason collaborates closely with drivers, mechanics, dispatchers, management, and customers to ensure PortCity continues to deliver efficient, cost-effective, and highly service-oriented solutions.

Jason has been operating in the trucking industry since 2002. His entrepreneurial drive led him to establish Empire Logistics in 2013, where he grew the company to a 64-truck fleet before merging with PortCity in 2020. That experience provided him with a comprehensive, hands-on understanding of trucking operations and the unique challenges and opportunities within the industry—expertise he now brings to PortCity’s business development and expansion efforts.

Jason is passionate about PortCity’s dynamic culture, especially its emphasis on innovation, teamwork, and meaningful impact. What he values most is the opportunity to help transform people’s lives through mentorship, guidance, and growth.

Outside of work, Jason enjoys spending time outdoors and prioritizing moments with his family. He is deeply committed to his relationship with Jesus, which continues to anchor and inspire every aspect of his life.

Lyndal Harper

Senior Vice President of Transportation

Lyndal Harper serves as Senior Vice President of Transportation at PortCity, where he is responsible for leading all transportation operations, including strategy, growth, scalability, team development, operational excellence, and daily execution. With more than 22 years of experience in the transportation and logistics industry, Lyndal brings deep expertise across nearly every segment of the supply chain.

Throughout his career, Lyndal has built and led high-performing teams, launched new product offerings, managed large-scale business units exceeding $300 million in revenue, and successfully started up multiple distribution centers. He is known for aligning transportation strategy with business objectives to drive profitability, efficiency, and long-term, sustainable growth.

Prior to joining PortCity, Lyndal held senior leadership roles at Covenant Logistics Group, Landair, and Ryder System, where he oversaw multimodal transportation operations, led large P&Ls, implemented advanced transportation management technologies, and delivered significant cost savings and service improvements for customers. His leadership style is rooted in accountability, continuous improvement, and developing strong leadership pipelines.

Lyndal was drawn to PortCity by its people-first culture and unwavering commitment to customers, employees, and the community. He values the organization’s pursuit of excellence, perseverance, and foundation of strong Christian principles, which closely align with his personal and professional values.

Outside of work, Lyndal enjoys spending time with his family, exercising, cooking, and being outdoors—whether hiking, working on his property, relaxing by the pool, or gathering around a fire with friends and family. He also values time spent in prayer and reflection, often taking in the mountain views of his home in Greeneville, Tennessee.

Logan Mamer

Senior Vice President of Finance

As Senior Vice President of Finance at PortCity, Logan Mamer oversees all accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in everything from customer invoicing to vendor payments. His team plays a crucial role in identifying opportunities for improvement by collaborating with operations teams and analyzing both operational and financial data. Logan also assists in forecasting and budgeting, constantly evaluating market trends to help PortCity stay agile and responsive to changes.

Logan holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Wright State University, which he earned in 2018. After graduating, he moved to Savannah to work at Gulfstream, but soon found his passion at PortCity. Starting as the company’s first Industrial Engineer in 2019, Logan spent five years supporting the warehouse and transportation operations. In 2023, he transitioned full-time into finance, where his analytical and operational experience now supports the financial health of the company.

What Logan values most about PortCity is its family-like environment, where support, passion, and fun are core to the culture. He loves the collaborative spirit that empowers everyone to contribute to the company’s success.

Outside of work, Logan enjoys spending quality time with his family, traveling, and discovering new restaurants. A fan of the outdoors, you can find him exploring Savannah’s local spots, from walks in Forsyth Park to beach trips. Highly competitive, Logan is always ready for a friendly challenge, whether it’s in golf, pickleball, or any other yard game.

Tucker Bruno

Tucker Bruno

Vice President of Warehousing and Distribution

Tucker Bruno serves as Vice President of Warehousing and Distribution at PortCity, where he leads warehousing operations across 11 sites in three states totaling more than 4.5 million square feet of space. In his role, Tucker focuses on ensuring day-to-day operations run safely and efficiently while maintaining high standards for quality and productivity. He is passionate about building strong teams and developing leaders, with a leadership style centered on caring for people, driving continuous improvement, and creating a culture of excellence.

A graduate of the University of Georgia, Tucker began his logistics career in 2009 in the fast-paced world of e-commerce fulfillment. His results-driven approach led to opportunities managing operational turnarounds in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, and New Berlin, Wisconsin, before being promoted to General Manager in 2013. He also successfully led the startup of a new distribution center in Las Vegas and contributed to another startup operation outside of London, England. Throughout his career, Tucker has earned multiple awards recognizing his leadership and operational excellence.

What Tucker values most about PortCity is its strong culture and people-first environment. He appreciates the company’s ability to move quickly, empower decision-making, and focus on delivering positive outcomes for customers while investing in employee growth and continuous learning.

Outside of work, Tucker enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, boating, fishing, and staying active.

Jed Young, with nearly two decades of dedicated service, serves as the Vice President of Business Development at PortCity. His role involves networking within the logistics community, forging enduring relationships with customers, and contributing to the company’s big-picture growth. Jed’s background boasts impressive achievements, including being a Board Member of the Propeller Club and the organizer of Maritime After Hours networking events. He is also an Affiliate Member of IFFCBA (Independent Freight Forwarders & Customs Brokers Association of Savannah) and a past President of the Savannah Traffic Club, where he served on the board for a decade. Jed’s commitment extends beyond the professional realm; he has served as the Past President of Habitat for Humanity and as a member of the Campaign Cabinet for United Way for five years. His passion for community-building is reflected not only in his work but also in his personal life, where he dedicates time to cycling and endurance sports. Jed thrives on spending time with his cycling club members, fostering a community centered around health and fitness. What he values most about working at PortCity is its strategic location near the fastest-growing port in the USA, aligning with his dedication to contributing to the logistics industry’s advancement.
